Architectural Excellence : The building is situated inside of a ore mining plant in Brazil and holds the purpose of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship to diversify a heavenly mining dependent community. The client wanted a "BOX" or "CONTAINER" building but with a lesser heavy industrial feel to match existing construction. Four modules were accomodated to create teamwork atmosphere that blended with the existing garden.
Externally there is a partially covered deck for access to the modules, in addition to serving as a living area, with plastic wood sunroom. On the façades, the modules are completely covered with vinyl adhesive that resembles the company colors.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : This modular unit is a light gauge steel structure designed to carry heavy loads when transported as a "box" or can be easily disassembled and shipped as a flat pack when traveling long distances for higher cost efficiency. its lightweight structures is projected to fit the purpose, the walls can be easily rearranged with little or now extra costs. In addition, its structure is projected to last over 20 years, making this a very cost effective construction method.

Technical Innovation : The light steel structure of the modules demanded little effort on the foundation and the dry fit wall assembly allows for transportation of the module as a flatpack, thus gaining more transportation leverage.
The modular wall system generates little waste of materials when customizing to meet the architectural design. Customer needed an industrialized solution to minimize work on site, therefore used 100% dry materials and 90% of the building was built offsite.
