Green Building Description : The hotel Pre-fabrication makes possible the optimize material purchases and usage, while minimizing on-site waste, all while offering a higher quality product. The hotel structure is constructed off-site at the same time that the foundation and other on-site work is being completed. This efficient process reduces the impact on the surrounding environment, as well as reduces the number of vehicles and equipment needed at the site.
A large selection of high efficiency mechanical systems like insulation, windows, doors, and plumbing fixtures were installed to meet efficiency standards.
When your needs change, modular buildings can be disassembled and the modules relocated or refreshed for their next use, reducing the demand for additional raw materials.
During the construction on the ground, it only took a couple of months to get everything ready without generating any complaints from the neighbors to the hotel.
