Architectural Excellence : This functional and space efficient guardhouse will give years of economical trouble free operation. This kiosk includes large expansive windows, a full electrical package (for future security cameras, etc.), hinged doors and a custom exterior grade roof. Work counters, HVAC and a private washroom were selected options.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Built entirely within Provincial Partitions climate controlled manufacturing facility, this unique and impressive guardhouse was created to welcome visitors to a new large automotive manufacturing facility located in Alliston, Ontario.
