Architectural Excellence : This facility was designed in custom colors with large windows to allow natural light into the building. Double doors and large side lights welcome clients into the large lobby with a custom cabinet teller line of select cherry Formica and granite countertops. The textured and painted walls, laminate doors, acoustical T-Grid suspended ceiling and custom cabinetry throughout match the interior of the bank’s existing branches. A perimeter frame was used to set the building directly on the ground, giving the impression of a permanent building. Custom select flooring including carpet, tile and ceramic flooring combined with wall accents create a warm, friendly atmosphere. A parapet wall was installed during manufacturing for added appeal of design.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The facility includes T-8 parabolic lighting, Low E insulated windows and fully insulated interior partitions for sound attenuation. The total timeline for manufacturing, transportation and installation was 21 days, allowing the customer to begin working in the building very quickly. The building was designed and manufactured to meet all applicable codes.

Technical Innovation : The bank included the installation of an eight foot fixed bullet resistant window. A drive-through was installed, including a night depository and a commercial deal drawer. ASL covered the building with an exterior insulated finishing system (EIFS) to prevent water penetration.
