Architectural Excellence : Holy Cross High School in New Orleans, LA needed to be replaced after the area was completely devastated by Hurricane Katrina. The campus, like the majority of the city, was flooded by the levee failures on the Industrial Canal and the levee "over-topped" by storm surge along the Mississippi Gulf Outlet that destroyed St. Bernard Parish and Eastern New Orleans and Greater New Orleans.

The total size of the project is 30,976 sq. ft. and the total length of the job was only 75 days.

The school is a piece of New Orleans history as the school has been in continuous operation for almost 130 years! It was important to maintain the level of quality the students and faculty expect, as well as complete the project in a short amount of time.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Working with partners at Broadmoor Construction these buildings are on a six-foot high foundation and are part of a complete campus with football field and landscaping.
