Architectural Excellence : Holder Construction, one of the Nation's top 100 contractors, needed a job site office for a project in location in West Jordan, UT. Holder Construction needed several buildings on site for job site project management offices as well as conference meeting space. A company that focuses on a collaborative team environment, Holder Construction wanted to have each building joined together for ease of teamwork. ModSpace needed to tie all the buildings together with decking so that the project team would be able to walk through each building to the next building without having to go around.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Holder Construction wanted to have new buildings that featured the latest conveniences and quality appearance. ModSpace was able to provide newer buildings from our fleet that gave Holder the professional job site office space they desired. One of the energy efficiency features that the newer buildings provided included motion sensor lighting in the interior offices. This green feature worked especially well in the collaborative project management environment where the team needed to enter and leave the offices frequently.

Technical Innovation : The day before delivery of the buildings much of the site work that Holder Construction had planned to accomplish prior to building delivery was not complete. Under a tight deadline, Holder Construction needed to have the buildings on site to begin their job site project planning. Within a matter of days, ModSpace was able schedule arrangements for a grader to arrive on site and grade a pad for the trailer complex.
