Architectural Excellence : As the gateway to Philadelphia Magazine's 2009 Design Home, the Haverford Reserve sales center called for a selling environment that would compliment the appointments featured in this new carriage home community.

The two-piece, 1,680 square foot modular building features a site constructed 14’ high stone entrance and cupola. Additional exterior features include a site-built nook, which was incorporated into the final building design, to provide a functional location to display the community floor plans.

The interior is certain to please all who enter with a sample kitchen and morning room, a sample study, and family room. Additional interior finishes include Rounded Drywall Corners, Hardwood Flooring, two-piece Crown Molding, Decorative Columns and Arch Doorways.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Aside from its stunning appearance, the exterior finishes of the sales center incorporated some of the most efficient and economical products available today. Careful consideration went into the selection of environmentally-friendly products like OKINA Thermal Performance Windows; Board-n-Batten Cement Board Siding and Composite Based Trim Boards, along with Standing Seam Metal Roofing and Masonry (Stone Veneer and Stucco).

Technical Innovation : Representatives from The Goldenberg Group and Guidi Homes were faced with the challenge of creating a sales center that reflected the quality and finishes expected of the Philadelphia Magazine 2009 Design Home community. They wanted a source with demonstrated knowledge, experience and a proven track record furnishing exceptional sales environments.

Commonwealth’s unique blend of construction experience enabled our customer to focus on their community while we worked with the design and architectural firm to achieve their vision. By providing modular design consultation and value-added engineering, Guidi Homes was able to include features that would allow customers to experience the appointments of this upscale carriage home community.
In additional to providing the sales center, Commonwealth worked closely with site personnel to complete the construction of the entranceway with cupola and the rear nook that would be home to the community floor plans.
