Architectural Excellence : Granada Hills Charter is an educational institute which is located in Northridge, CA. The project was awarded to Class Leasing, LLC with the goal to provide 16 modules consisting eight 48’x40’ DSA double classrooms. This modular project includes four kindergarten double classrooms with individual single unisex toilet rooms, a Flex Lab with black rooms, a Physics Lab, six standard 24’x40’ DSA classrooms, and two 12’x40’ DSA restrooms. Granada Hills needed to provide a solution for its students while the school modernizes existing facilities. Class Leasing designed all interior and exterior fittings throughout each building to create appealing classrooms, Labs, restrooms, and toilets.

Technical Innovation : Class Leasing, LLC was given 20 weeks to design, fabricate, and install over 16 classroom modules including double classrooms with individual single unisex toilet rooms, Flex Lab with black rooms, Physics Lab, and restrooms. The buildings were constructed, allowing the owners to facilitate the students with the modern science education. The structure also had to be constructed in permanent pre-engineered sections due to the potential fire hazards and weights implications. Several innovative enhancements such as reinforced connectors and durable tamper-proofing were implemented to ensure longevity.
