Architectural Excellence : This modular project totals 8,160 sq ft of classroom space. The project features a 1,632 sq ft full scale library, 1,632 Sq ft for Pre-K classroom and 4,896 sq ft of classroom space for 1st grade – 12th grade. The buildings are constructed with parameter framing using standard floor joist and standard walls. The flooring consists of 20 ounce commercial carpet along with Class I 1/8” tile. The exterior was clad with Glacier White Hand Cut Stone Vinyl brick which matches perfectly with the existing church building. These five buildings where constructed on site with four of the modular buildings strategically placed high with a center concrete poured court yard for children to meet and have outdoor activities. The students are able to step outside their classroom door and straight into the court yard.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Pac-Van Louisville coordinated with all the entities to insure the proper installation of the building structures by guiding the sub contractors for concrete masonry, plumbing, electrical and the modular set up crews. This provided quality control to each and every step of the site and project set up. Pre-construction consulting with the Organization (Good Shepherd with Arch Bishop of Frankfort) in building the structures led the school to upgrade to the electronic ballast W / T-8 lights for better light efficiency. The pre-planning will also allow for an easy transfer in the future to possible other locations on the property or to add on additions to the new existing modular complex.

Technical Innovation : The site preparation and the height the buildings were placed at maximized the functionality of the complex. They needed to go in order to match up to the designed courtyard with four out of the five buildings being craned in and set on the poured concrete stem walls and pre-placed footers to ensure the proper setting of the complex.
