Architectural Excellence : The Atlantic Argentine Patagonia is one of the most remote places in the world. It is a desert, the wind and low temperatures completely define the place and the design features of its building. It's a very difficult environment to build.
The project was a turnkey project defined in 22 modules; 11 modules 3,3 mts wide x 12,5 mts length and 11 modules 3,3 mts wide x 12,5 mts length with a free ceiling height of 3,2 mts.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Finally, the project was finished in time and it cost (including all de auxiliary systems) 30% less money than the original estimations. The process for the instalation was made with an intermediate white assembly process done in an auxiliary facilities next to the main factory to pre ensable the building altogether.

Technical Innovation : The project was delivered with all HVAC systems, acid/base drain lines with double-walled pipe, chemical ducts, dust Collection systems, Lab Gases: Acetylene, Propane and Compressed air systems, Laboratory millwork or furniture Chemical hooks and everything needed to work. The integration and complexity of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems appeared to be the most important issue of the laboratory and the place to be installed far beyond that the most important challenge we had, was how to find an effective design to be able to make the project cost-effective and shorten time to deliver. Originally, the project was conceived with a ceiling height of 4.5 mts / 15 feet so we design the project with complementary roof modules to contain the colossal HVAC and dust collection systems but naturally this made the project very expensive and it would take much longer to manufacture and assemble double quantity of modules.
