Architectural Excellence : This 13-unit Redi-Plex complex was ideal for the build-out of Redi-Walls for offices, conference rooms, break room and restroom facilities. The exterior is a durable wood siding with a rubber roof. The modular building entrances are ADA compliant, having aluminum decks, ramps and stairs. The interior is a warm and welcoming mix of vinyl covered gypsum walls, matching vinyl covered Redi-Walls, commercial acoustical ceiling, VCT flooring in restrooms, with carpeting throughout the office area of the building.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : This building was equipped with energy and water conservation in mind. All electrical fixtures are energy efficient. All plumbing fixtures are water conservation-type fixtures. Even the structure was designed to conserve time and cost for installation.

Technical Innovation : The customer’s schedule for completion of the building was made possible by the innovative use of our Redi-Plex Product.
