Architectural Excellence : The complex consists of two buildings and all households are faced south and secured the right for sunlight considering proper distance between buildings.
A building is 4-stories(12 households), another is 6-stories(18 households) which consists of 32 modular units.
The two separate masses provide more visual comfort than wall-shaped masses that fit the rectangular site.
Existed public parking lot on the site was adopted to the basement parking lot of the project.
Each modular unit size is 10.8ft x 29.2ft x 10.5ft and there are one room type and two-room type. The units include balcony and corridor.
The exterior with steel panel and the design of the bright and light color protruding decoration considering the surrounding landscape elements shape "Energetic city, Wave of the future".
Well-arranged elevation design utilizing the features of modular express "modern and simple".
Interior wall and ceiling are covered with white-tone wallpaper. The floor was finished with the vinyl sheet.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : - Securing the economy of materials by applying MC (Modular Coordination) design criteria
- Work period was shortened and ease of installation was ensured since components such as bathroom wall, ceiling, etc. were prefabricated. This results in cost-down.
- Reducing potential cost risk through fastening system between a unit and loading space considering transportation defects
- Reducing installation time and cost by applying guidepin
- Applied energy cost saving factors such as standby power automobile unit, high-efficiency lighting equipment, water-saving equipment, and temperature control unit

Technical Innovation : - As a national research project the first modular public apartment of Korea was built which has load bearing wall type and rahmen type in one complex.
- Minimize the potential risks by utilizing BIM in the design and production review stage.
- Minimize assembly errors and ensure structural safety by reviewing the welding methods of modules and joints between modules carefully.
- It also facilitates fastening for transporting through the fastening system between the modular unit and the vehicle loader.
- Guidepin for assembly was developed and applied which can reduce installation error and shorten installation time easily.
- Reducing 3 ~ 4 processes to one process througout the development of sleeves for fire-protection between floors of vertical pipes.
- Application of UBR system that prefabricates wall and ceiling.
- In spite of the dry construction method, airtightness performance was secured. Therefore low energy consumption and comfort indoor environment were secured.
