Cost Energy Effectiveness : Our client has a 5 years leased contract for the land, that started the same date of the production of the modular unit. It was imperative for his cash flow, to had an office to start selling. As we delivered, in just 1 month he could start his business not affecting his business plan and his cash flow.

Architectural Excellence : The pre-owned automotive industry is very competitive in Santiago, Chile, with many different companies that re sale cars and without competitive advantages. Our client was just forming his company, so he needed a big differentiator and a quick start. We design a special modular unit for the sale office, with client bathroom, a waiting area and a manager office. The interior is coated in a medium-density fibreboard decorative panel covered with natural wood veneer pine. Big windows in the front of the office, gives better natural light and full control of the sales site.
