Architectural Excellence : The building was produced to help provide Fort Stewart with an up-to-date health facilty. The unit was built with knock down ceiling, painted molding, hospital grade cable, and hospital grade recepts to meet the needs of the military. Diamond Builders also installed an over the roof mansard to give the clinic a more permanent look. Genesis Modular made this turn key project an attractive medical facility.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The previous facility was in ruins and to replace the center with stick built construction was simply out of budget and time frame. The new facility was built to provide up-to-date R-values of floors, interior walls, ceilings, exterior walls, windows, and doors. It was to offer current and innovative features in all areas of a modern medical facility providing framing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and finishes with focus on a modern one on one health care facility. All of these attributes were incorporated in a modern fashion and then transported to the final destination. This was all completed within budget and in a fraction of the time as traditional construction.

Technical Innovation : The structure itself was designed for long term use with a resistance to high traffic areas with substantial floor joist and floor decking. The floor finish consists of hi-endurance tile for years of use. Custom designed teller windows and counters were installed to allow a personal and confidential setting. Exam and treatment rooms were insulated to provide comfort and privacy to the patient. The intergraded gutter system allows for many years of use through properly containing the water shed in conjuction with proper site drainage to allow site/building preservation. Concrete decks systems were used to further the longevity of the facility.
