Architectural Excellence : This building is used as administration office and youth facility for Family Church. The youth area is approximately 3000 SF with the balance used as offices and conference rooms. We did extensive interior cosmetic changes to make the building appear less modular and more permanent. This included painting, changing fixtures and installing corrugated metal over sheetrock. The church sanctuary is currently at a local school; however our building currently sits on 40 acres where a permanent sanctuary will soon be under construction.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Conventional construction of administration areas for the church came in around the $90/SF range. This project, including site work, was in the $60/SF range. Installing a modular also allowed the church to begin occupancy for their 40 acre land in 90 days rather than the 18 month period it takes to build the sanctuary with admin offices included.

Technical Innovation : The building has a sprinkler system installed to allow assembly occupancy of 391 people. We installed chain link fence around the stage area to give the appearance and young, hip, industrial look. We grounded the fence and corrugated walls for safety purposes, (electrical guitars etc…).
