Architectural Excellence : The modular is full size replica of one of the lofts the customer is building. This project consists of a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and a gas fireplace. There are also (2) offices for staff and a reception area. The model interior features recessed can lighting, ceramic tile flooring, hard wood flooring and granite countertops. The exterior is stucco with brick accents.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : All engineering of the structure and layouts were done for the ease of future relocation. The exterior of brick and stucco was installed up to the mod lines and a “snap on” piece was added for ease of relocation. The custom finishes were completed by the trades who are building the lofts, thus increasing cost savings.

Technical Innovation : All materials and finishes that are to be used in the lofts were also used in this modular. From the hard wood and ceramic tile floors, to the cherry kitchen cabinets and textured walls & ceiling, every detail was duplicated to create the feeling of being in one of the lofts. To aid in achieving this, a false 20’ high roof was also added to give the appearance of the loft structure exterior. A brick encasement is used to camouflage the end mount HVAC.
