This structure represents the height of commercial luxury and features bronze-colored steel doors, hard-wood floors, and three grandiose, front-facing 8’x3’ bronze frame picture windows that deliver a calm and rustic view of the outlying landscape. This unit also incorporates a fenced-in, gravel-laid exterior with cherry-stained ramp and stairs, modern and stylish overhead lighting, and a large main conference room complete with a gorgeous polished tabletop and leather meeting chairs. This particular unit serves as the executive office space for energy service company located in Houston, TX.
