Excellence at Burkshire

Architectural Excellence : The intentional space design effectively creates an office that feels like a home. Instead of the standard 2’x 4’ florescent tube lighting, canned lights were used to create a more natural setting. Design elements were brought into the sales office to display features of the custom homes. Doors and walls are positioned to provide optimal display space. A hidden work room neatly tucks unsightly office equipment out of view from potential home buyers.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : To save money we had the factory leave off the interior wall finish. The end user did their own tape, texture and paint at site. This saved thousands of dollars and allowed our customer to use the building to display their own finish work. With a semi-permanent foundation the building is relocate-able and therefore cost effective since all materials put into the building can be re-used in the future when moved to another site.

Technical Innovation : Although the building will remain part of our lease fleet, the customer wanted a structure that looked and felt permanent, so the building was set in a pit for a ground level entrance. Tape, texture, paint, baseboards, crown molding, and custom flooring were site installed for a flawless finish.
