Architectural Excellence : Throughout many years of operation Transportes Crexell SA has become a key player in the logistics segment of the Oil & Gas industry in the province of Neuquén, Argentina. Recently they grew a lot thanks to shale developments in the region. This is a commercial and first aid facility built in response to the lack of those services in the area. The façade of this building consist in colored composite aluminum panels in white, grey and blue, aligned with the corporate identity guidelines from the client mixed with warm and natural wooden materials such internal flooring.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The construction schedule was reduced as much as 80% against other alternative building systems and thus we save significant costs in labor, mobilization, and demobilization. By using eco-friendly materials and special design, we maximize daylight entrance to minimize electrical lighting usage.

Technical Innovation : The building was designed with 11 modules of 20 ft long, 10,5 ft width and 9, 9 ft high. The façade was also done aligned with the path of the sun and persistent strong winds in the area. We have used double-glazing for windows and LED devices for lighting. Since a portion of this building is a medical center, we took special precautions by choosing special materials to help the operator to maintain a clean and safe environment and to facilitate accessibility, even under heavy weather conditions.
