Architectural Excellence : It is a training camp for the special operations forces of the National Police of Peru. These are 26 modules used for office, bedrooms, dining room, gym, laundry, warehouse, armory and ammunition. The design of the camp is thought of the need for well-being and comfort of its occupants.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The main point is the cost and time savings of modular construction compared to traditional construction, costs in materials, material transfer and working hours. Cotabambas is a town with limited access, so having worked with much lighter materials than those used in traditional construction had a high impact on project costs.

Technical Innovation : In the geographical area where the camp is located, the Sierra del Perú, the traditional Andean tile is used for the roofs of its constructions. Also, this geographical area is characterized by low temperatures, against this scenario we developed the project with our Termoteja, a thermal insulation panel with the design of the traditional Andean tile. Also, to ensure the structural strength of the modules, we rely on a collaborating plate.
