Architectural Excellence : This 3600-sq. ft. building is located at the sports training courts. It consists of 8 small-sized modules, wall, floor and roof panels, floor and ceiling. It also includes an external modular staircase for access to a terrace. It is a two-floor facility; the ground floor offers access into the building and to the upper floor through an external staircase with a view of the surroundings and the playing field from the terrace. Its location allows for different views and provides a space for several activities: a sweet shop and a canteen on the ground floor, and a relax area on the upper floor equipped with comfortable couches, tables and chairs, plants, and a large roofed terrace.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : The need to rely on a building that supports the sports and training activities of the Argentina rugby team and Club Atlético San Isidro motivated our choice for a modular construction system that allows for short delivery times, reduced costs and accurate pricing and project scope definition.

Technical Innovation : This rectangular ground prism-shaped building has a wood plastic composite covering that successfully softens the visual impact originating from its implantation. The design in modules, floor and wall panels is the result of prior limitations for accessing the premises. The first level floors were made of concrete in situ in order to achieve a perfect finishing and to avoid adjoining and lapping. We incorporated features in recycled antique iron balcony and stair railings, as well as artistic details at the "bar".
