Architectural Excellence : This is a customer music room constructed with 37 modular. The building is technically a one story building however it has a vaulted ceiling with specialty windows to allow additional daylight into building. The vaulted ceiling is nearly three stories high at its peak.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The setup of this building was craned and set in two days. This was a benefit to the customer to have a constructed building in that short of time frame. Modular wall panels were utilized on this project to save time and cost to the end user. These were constructed in the factory by Whitley Evergreen to save onsite construction.

Green Building Description : Electrical lighting was entirely LED with controlled receptacles. Custom split system HVAC units were used to provide maximum efficiency. Custom windows were added to the upper level of the vault style ceiling to provide maximum outside lighting in the building. There is a sound shelf in the building to provide premium acoustics in the building. Doors and windows are acoustic sealed to provide high level of sound and insulation. Floors in the main area of the building were poured in concrete.

Technical Innovation : Custom wall panels were built at the factory and installed onsite to increase productivity and save cost compared to building onsite.
