Technical Innovation : USMGE was able to work with the factory, city staff, architects and design consultants to deliver a modular unit that could easily incorporate the site built elements.
Many phone calls, emails and site visits have resulted in a beautiful structure that is well built, water tight and architecturally appropriate for its setting.

Architectural Excellence : The cemetery office is public space requiring a quiet dignity that allows citizens to feel comfortable while making arrangements. At the same time the building functions as a business office and grounds maintenance center. The overall design and floor plan allows for these various activities to occur simultaneously without disruption. The craftsman style ADA accessible front porch and brick trim columns are informed by the original structure and contribute to the legacy of this historic cemetery.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : During the production of the unit there were many recycled materials used. Double insulated windows and upgraded insulation package with high energy values that help this unit to be energy effecient.
