Architectural Excellence : The Charter School had immediate need for eight (8) classrooms to serve their students, as construction on their school was halted due to COVID. Aries Building Systems, LLC was called in to design, fabricate and install a single modular solution, that could house eight (8) classrooms under one roof. The new educational building exterior has R Panel and metal siding which compliments the existing campus structures. The building interior consists of VCT walls, VCT flooring, T-Grade ceiling and Aries installed decks. ADA compliant ramps and stairs provided the structure with a metal canopy application to shield students from inclement weather.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : In less than 60 days, Aries was able to re-utilize modular building assets while providing a cost-effective solution for the school, in meeting their temporary classroom needs. Due to limited material supply and increased cost during this time, Aries was able to provide and swiftly deploy the solution to keep costs as low as possible.

Technical Innovation : A turnkey electrical system was seamlessly tied into the school’s existing electrical service and included fire alarm installation and connections. To facilitate connecting the new structure with the existing, Aries added sidewalks and walkways to help studently easily traverse the campus.
