Architectural Excellence : Aries Building Systems, LLC was contracted by Temecula Valley Unified School District for Chaparral High School in Temecula, California to construct a 12’ X 40’ Restroom Modular combined with a Snack Bar, plus Serving Windows for their Football Stadium. The goal was to crane on to permanently install the modular on a below grade concrete foundation in under 30 days. The design team was able to integrate several custom specifications to meet the criteria of the District.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : As a result of Class Leasing’s off-site modular construction techniques, the total construction time was reduced significantly without sacrificing quality or style. This technology eliminated many of the costs and typical delays caused by weather, inspections to permitting focus to be invested in other on-site construction problems that often occur. The modular building can be easily relocated at a fraction of the cost of new construction. The building’s modular design ensures reduced maintenance costs while increasing the lifespan of the whole structure.

Technical Innovation : Aries Building Systems, LLC was given 21 days to design, fabricate, and install the Restroom Unit with Snack Bar. By utilizing its “Vertically Integrated Advantage,” Aries showcased their competence by engineering, manufacturing, transporting, and working on-site to install the restroom unit within the budget and deadline requirements. The offsite construction technique for this project captured many of the typical modular construction advantages but was modified to be continually successful in a fast-paced environment.
