Architectural Excellence : The construction Ollague Camp for ENEL Green Power is located at the Andes Mountain at a very high elevation (4200 meters above sea level). This modular building is used to assure the schedule of construction of the project, and its best thermic performance (weather conditions). Building provides dormitories, recreation areas, kitchen, meeting hall, first aid clinic and administration office. All dormitories are fully equiped with heaters, furniture and linen. All buildings are interconnected by a corridor fully equiped with electric heaters. The turn key contract assured ENEL with a ready to use accomodation for their construction crew.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Modular and panelized corridors ready to be installed, and lumber blocking for foundation were designed to improve installation cost

Technical Innovation : All the construction of modules and panels was assembled at the Tecno Fast Santiago plant, and delivered to site according to schedule requirements. A complete kitchen and administration office was also included. Ground transportation to site, according to strict protocol, to avoid damages or lost of confidence with the communities involved, was conducted. Also, the project considered the building of a sewage treatment plant, a drinking water plant and a diesel generation plant for all the needs of the camp.
