Architectural Excellence : Our customer is a mining company located outside of Port Desire, Santa Cruz Province in the Argentinean Patagonia. The facilities consist in bedroom accommodations, dining rooms, recreational and gym buildings, offices and other utilities. We carefully design and build different common areas for entertainment and relax for the workforce to be located there. We built during the different stages of expansion of the camp a whole facility to accommodate up to 800 people.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The construction schedule was reduced as much as 80% against other alternative building systems and thus we save significant costs in labor, mobilization, and demobilization.

Technical Innovation : The project was built combining volumetric modular construction and panelized construction. Because the weather condition of the Patagonian region we decided to deploy a double a double heating system consisting in air conditioning and a high performance heating system, also supported by double-glazing windows panels.
