Architectural Excellence : This 4-unit, 2-story, complex was constructed per the customer’s requirements for offices, conference room, break room and restroom facilities. The exterior is a durable aluminum siding with aluminum accent trim and a rubber roof. The interior is a warm and welcoming blend of vinyl covered gypsum walls, textured gypsum ceiling, and with a combination of VCT flooring and carpet throughout the building.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : This building is equipped with energy and water conservation in mind. All electrical fixtures are energy efficient. All plumbing fixtures are water conservation-type fixtures. Even the structure was designed to conserve time and cost for installation.
