Architectural Excellence : The building’s design features exposed wood structural elements and visible iron fittings. The exposed wood elements extend into the interior of the building, providing continuity of the architectural concept. The design is unique to the site and allows the office to stand out from its surroundings while enhancing the owner’s corporate image. The envelope consists primarily of large glass panels that allow for sweeping views of the surrounding area and allow natural light into the building.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The main facade consists of a wooden shaded walkway following the same language as the building. This space between the building's interior and exterior provides shade and assists in maintaining thermal comfort and reducing energy demand. The many windows allow in a lot of natural light, reducing the need for indoor lights during the day. Interior glass panels were used to regulate the effects of solar radiation.
