Architectural Excellence : This 28-unit complex was built and installed for Baltimore City Public School Systems. The building includes (12) classrooms, office space, a reception area and full restroom facilities. The exterior consists of durable aluminum siding, with aluminum accent trim, rubber roofing and aluminum gutters and downspouts. The modular building entrances are ADA compliant, having aluminum decks, ramps and stairs. The building is also connected to the existing school building via a corrugated metal roof canopy. The interior finishes are comprised of vinyl covered gypsum walls, commercial acoustical ceiling and durable VCT flooring.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The building is equipped with energy and water conservation in mind. All electrical fixtures are energy efficient. All plumbing fixtures are water conservation type fixtures. Even the structure was designed to conserve time and cost for installation.
