Architectural Excellence : This 36' x 60' building offers a compact and efficient maintenance center for the Canaport LNG Site. It offers a combination of services required for site in an easy to install hardworking single level design. Wood construction with vertical steel siding and fully adhered roofing membrane meet the needs of the site. The layout includes a kitchen, washrooms, lunchroom facility and open office as well as janitorial and change room facilities.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The three modules built offsite and assembled quickly onsite reduced traffic and labour in and out of a secure site. The requirements of the client were well met in an efficient build that can easily be moved to a future site if needed and meet the customers needs again with a solid designed service building.
