Cost Energy Effectiveness : The completion of a design that provides luxury suites and administrative areas in minimized footprints reduces the cost in two ways. One, multi space occupancy per module is achieved
by requiring less modules and therefore less land usage. The mechanical system utilize 90% efficient appliances and LED lighting throughout.
