Architectural Excellence : The challenge was getting the building approved through the city. It is part of the City re-development plan and had to be aesthetically acceptable to the city beautification committee. The building has transom windows throughout to allow natural light to flow throughout the building. The interior is tape texture painted surfaces and the exterior is stucco.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : We used a tankless water heater, transom windows for increased natural lighting, and slate flooring.

Technical Innovation : The installation of the building, while temporary, had to have a permanent appearance. To accomplish this we did a pit set. We excavated out the back and sides of the foundation area, but left the front at grade to accommodate delivery of the modules. After the modules were in place, we lowered the front of the modules to get them to grade.
