Architectural Excellence : To provide an environmentally friendly yet durable and visually appealing finish, this building uses Platinum Level Sustainable Choice carpeting in the offices, recycled tire carpet tiles in entrances and stair landings, and vinyl plank flooring made with 50 percent recycled materials throughout the common areas. The facility features large exterior and interior windows, creating a brightly lit, comfortable office environment. Exterior windows are vented to provide natural ventilation, and interior windows are frosted to ensure privacy. With 9’ ceilings throughout, upgraded stained and lacquered maple trim and solid wood doors, the office has a stick-built feel with the benefits of modular. A parapet provides seamless transition from the office space to the attached pre-engineered service shop.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : This building’s offices have motion and acoustic sensors so that lights turn off after 15 minutes of inactivity. Programmable thermostats in separate zones allow temperatures to be altered only as required, reducing wasted heat in unused spaces. Low-flow toilets decrease water usage.

The roof mounted HVAC system is hidden by a parapet, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing exterior. Acoustic ceiling tiles reduce noise transfer between floors. The site includes in-ground potable water and sewage tanks.
