Architectural Excellence : Challenged with a tight budget and even tighter timeline, Aries Building Systems, LLC relocated and set up a fully operational athletics facility on time and under budget. The structures that were designed, fabricated and installed by Aries include a new state-of-the-art soccer/football turf field, a new state-of-the-art 6 lane track and all new field events apparatus. The project also required construction of new modular concession stand and restroom facility for the new soccer/track/football complex and new on-site dressing room for the softball and baseball fields. The design team were able to integrate several custom specifications and utilize a sizeable pre-built inventory to take advantage of current market conditions and minimize construction delays. The Modular construction project was completed using a combination of steel supporting structures with wooden modules, this amalgamation of materials ensures that the entire complex is longer lasting than standard builds.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Modular Buildings were delivered to site on solid tensioned slab foundations engineered to withstand industrial PSI ratings. This technology eliminated many of the costs and typical delays caused by weather, inspections to permitting focus to be invested in other on-site construction problems that often occur. This also provided an easy way to add value by expanding all modular buildings without interrupting business. The modular buildings can be easily relocated at a fraction of the cost of new construction.
