Architectural Excellence : With a total of 40 modules purposed as labs, our buildings provide a state-of-the-art foundation for scientific experimentation and educational excellence across four different Birdville ISD campuses. Safety, security, energy efficiency, and accessibility were at the forefront of our focus. All modules consist of two science labs--each with its own emergency station--a prep room, and a network room or storage room. Two entry/exit doors per lab (4 total per module) make for ease of accessibility. Counters, cupboards, and marker boards run around the interior of each lab, both with individual floor drains. Spacious and HVAC-equipped, our buildings are as accommodating as they are well-purposed.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : With strong, long-standing supplier/vendor partnerships, our parts costs are among the most competitive in the industry, and all without sacrificing quality. Additionally, since time is money, we act as efficiently as possible through performing simultaneous on- and off-site tasks, from building to installation to final walkthrough. All of these factors equate to savings that we’re able to pass along directly to our clients, the result of which is a superior final product at a fraction of the cost.

Technical Innovation : We designed these buildings in a deceptively minimalist fashion to aid in a vast list of potential use cases of scientific study. As detailed in the previous section, we sought to provision for everything from safety hazards to a comfortable, conductive environment. Each building contains a gratuitous amount of space for storing equipment, materials, and more. The end result is a spacious environment that houses everything students and faculty could need for the tasks at hand.
