Cost Energy Effectiveness : Limited site availability was one of the driving factors for constructing this ISU (InstaSpace Unit). By providing a long-term cost effective solution, Aries assisted the customer in saving time and money until a permanent structure is in place. With the ability to expand or condense, the ISU allows for the customer to modify the building without the cost and time of finding another solution to meet space requirements.

Technical Innovation : Using an ISU (InstaSpace Unit), provides long-term flexibility and sustainability, by allowing the structure to expand and/or be modified with the customers changing environments and needs. As staffing increases or decreases, or the customer’s use of space changes, this ISU solution will meet the challenge for enduring use.

Architectural Excellence : The client needed to expand their office space to accommodate their growing business needs, within the limited constraints of their site. Aries provided an ADA compliant ISU (InstaSpace Unit) consisting of ten (10) private offices and two (2) restrooms totaling to 3,600 sq ft. The ISU (InstaSpace Unit) interior consisted of VCT flooring, VCT walls and a T Grid ceiling. The exterior consisted of two (2) doors, smart panel siding and an EPDM roof. The nature of this space allows JPG Construction the flexibility of use required and allows for the structure to be expanded or condensed, should the need arise.
