Architectural Excellence : The Atelier Sales Office consists of six modules, 3,100 sq. ft. beautifully finished in terrazzo flooring with marble tiled walls. The facade features large store-front windows, floor to ceiling. In addition, this sales office includes a model apartment complete with a kitchen and bath. Class and sophistication with a modern touch are the first impressions of the Atelier Sales Office. This project was constructed, delivered, and set in three months. The city of New York gave Kullman an eight hour weekend set time, 12am-8am to place the six modules between two existing structures.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Building in New York City can be difficult. Issues with unions, permits, material deliveries, all can negatively impact a project. Therefore it is unique that the owner of The Atelier, a successful New York City developer, chose Kullman to build a modular sales office directly next to his multi-story luxury apartment building. By constructing the sales office off site utilizing modular techniques, Kullman was able to offer the owner benefits, the most importantly, time. From the owner's perspective, getting a sales office open as quickly as possible was directly tied to the ability to pre-sale apartments. Given impending competition, & possible real estate slow down,time was extremely important. Kullman worked with the owner to not only create a sales office but also built an exact model of a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment; complete with living room, dining room, & kitchen. Each room had the exact deminsions, materials, & finishes that would be found in a finished apartment.
