Architectural Excellence : The structure is a simple 20’x 50’ retail building with several doors and no windows. The interior utilizes rack matrix on the walls to allow for display of various clothing items. The most interesting aspect of the building is the full graphics wrap around the building

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The unusual 20x50 size was necessary in order achieve maximum square footage within the available space. As the site sloped, the skirting was ramps needed to be customized.
