Architectural Excellence : Aries Building Systems, LLC was contracted to relocate 148 existing workforce housing units from North Dakota and South Texas to a new undeveloped location in a remote area of West Texas. The goal was to deliver durable and attractive workforce housing in a short timeline. Aries was given 16 weeks to perform site design, install infrastructure, relocate, transport, and install all units. Aries Orla Lodge is a 97,890 square foot full workforce housing that provides 506 beds with all amenities including 24/7 laundry, gym, recreational rooms, theater room, and is fully staffed with an administrative and maintentance team.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Aries Orla Lodge was completed under the extremely aggressive timeline of 16 weeks to accommodate the growing demand in the Delaware/Permian Basin for workforce housing. By handling every aspect of this project from start to finish, Aries was able to quickly provide the perfect balance of comfort and functionality at reduced costs. Extensive safety guidelines and multiple teams involved in the logistics and site preparation, proper project management and flawless execution were necessary in order to be cost effective. Proper management of the entire process allowed Aries to quickly provide a fully turnkey facility.

Technical Innovation : The Aries Orla Lodge was built from the ground up, requiring full site design along with site development. All infrastructure work required for the building installation was completed onsite. Due to limited area resources, temporary solutions are currently being used to provide utilities (water, septic and electric)to the site. The goal was to utilize cost-efficient, easy to install and maintain modular buildings with renewable finishes throughout the interior and exterior that are comfortable as well as durable. All buildings are constructed with steel frame for durabity and installed in a functional and distinctive floorplan with adequate walking paths between them. Buildings include bedrooms, complete kitchens, laundry and recreational rooms with up-to date appliances and furnishings.
