Architectural Excellence : This workers lodging consisted of three standalone modular accommodation units situated in a courtyard layout with a standalone kitchen & recreational building. The standalone design is beneficial for many reasons. These housing units can be moved and utilized where they are required. The units can be configured in the best fashion for the site. The site setup is minimal as you've maximized the benefit of modular with full siding, roofing, furnishing and completion all done in the manufacturing facility.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Using the 'mini-home' template as a beginning point for this project offered a reasonable solution for accommodations without inventing a new product. Using readily available and appropriate construction materials and interior finishes from our suppliers to keep an durable maintainable product.
