The site setup is minimal as you've maximized the benefit of modular with full siding, roofing, furnishing and completion all done in the manufacturing facility.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Using the 'mini-home' template as a beginning point for this project offered a reasonable solution for accommodations without inventing a new product. Using readily available and appropriate construction materials and interior finishes from our suppliers to keep an durable maintainable product.
