AHS Residential was founded in 2012 with a mission of addressing America’s housing shortage by becoming a national leader in the multifamily housing industry. Since then, the company has completed nine projects in South Florida and is broadening its footprint across the United States. In 2019, AHS Residential was acquired by MRV, one of the world’s largest homebuilders. Today, AHS Residential manages a growing portfolio of over 2,000 units across South Florida and has projects planned in Texas and Georgia in 2021.
AHS Residential has been recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as one of the state’s Top Commercial Real Estate Developer and was named the Latin Builder’s association Builder of the Year.
