Rex Modular, Inc.

About

RexModular is developing a proprietary volumetric modular building system purpose-built for mid-rise multifamily construction in the Pacific Northwest. Our founding team has delivered thousands of units across conventional residential and commercial development — including some of the most technically complex prefabricated projects completed in the United States. We built RexModular to apply everything we learned toward a better system: faster to deliver, higher cost-certainty, and designed from first principles for the way buildings actually get built.
