Every building is engineered around a welded steel frame and skid base, built using Australian steel and skilled local tradespeople, and backed by a 10-year structural guarantee.

Floor plans, cladding, rooflines and energy-efficient features (including insulation, double-glazed windows and off-grid appliances) can all be tailored to each client's site and brief. The team also assists with council approvals and development applications, removing the admin burden from start to finish.
