Northstar Systembuilt was founded in 1995 in Marshall, Minnesota, with a simple belief — quality homes should be built with craftsmanship, care, and integrity. From a small, family-run company, we have grown into one of the most trusted modular home manufacturers in the region. To support our growth, we relocated our manufacturing facility to Redwood Falls, MN in 2013 and added a second production facility in Watertown, SD in 2022. Through it all, we remain proudly family owned and operated, with a focus that has never wavered: building homes that combine lasting quality, thoughtful design, and true value for every customer.
