Fero International Inc. (“Fero”) is a volumetric modular construction manufacturer based in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada, with a mission to accelerate industrialized construction globally and deliver impactful solutions that uplift communities. Fero combines innovative industrialized construction processes with an industry-leading team, a people-first approach, and a state-of-the art facility to design and build community-oriented solutions.

Founded in 2020, the company acquired its 300,00 sq. ft. Stoney Creek facility in fall 2023, establishing what is now the largest modular manufacturing plant in Canada under one roof, where it designs and manufactures permanent buildings in a controlled environment before shipping them to site for rapid assembly. Fero transforms how communities are built: delivering faster, smarter, and greener buildings tailored for the healthcare, educational, commercial/industrial, and residential sectors.
