SKC Manufacturing & Leasing Division is a fully integrated company specializing in Modular Building design, manufacturing, repurposing, selling, and leasing of DSA (Division of the State Architect) and HCD (Housing Community Development) modular structures to clients in the educational, government, commercial, military, industrial, oil & gas, and other specialty commercial markets. The company main focus is Leasing its used and new modular assets to various institutions. We continue to develop year over year because of our skilled personnel and solid leadership. The Company is Headquartered in Chino Hills, California with a manufacturing facility in Perris, California and an inventory storage facility in Romoland, California. The Company was found on August 2012 and incorporated in 2013. Proudly certified with State and Federal as a Women-Minority Business Enterprise, Disadvantage Business Enterprise and Small Business. Holding a commercial manufactures and commercial dealers license for selling and leasing in the state of California.
