Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue and secure new commercial project opportunities with:
- Developers and ownership groups
- General Contractors
- Architect and Design Teams
- Public -sector and agency partners
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
- Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Position modular construction as a competitive advantage
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Experience
- Proven track record in business development, sales or deal origination 5-10+ years.
- Strong existing network with developers, planning, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and customer service skills.
- Background in commercial construction, development or related industry
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote role
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
