
Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for partnering with the District Manager and or Branch Manager to increase lease and sales volume.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and increase sales revenue to meet goals.
- Coordinate the lease and sale of product and service offerings.
- Maintain a high level of contact with clients and prospects.
- Respond timely to client inquiries.
- Solicit new opportunities via direct sales calls.
- Create and submit quotes in compliance with company guidelines.
- Input all transactions and customer correspondence in company system.
- Track and monitor opportunities and transactions.
- Work with marketing to create sales sheets, flyers and other marketing material.
- Attend trade shows and networking events.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients, vendors and sub-contractors
- Proven ability to work accurately
- Requires organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong marketing skills
- Superior selling skills
- Computer & IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience leasing and selling B2B mobile office and modular buildings.
- Competent knowledge of sales and marketing methodology
- Requires the ability to use Microsoft office applications
- Requires oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with customers, prospects and staff
- Requires organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Requires problem solving skills to solve varied problems
- Knowledge of modular building industry helpful.
- Knowledge of Construction helpful.
- College degree preferred
