Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to lead health and safety efforts at our modular construction factory in Boise. This critical role ensures regulatory compliance, reduces risk, and drives a proactive safety culture across all operations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement safety programs in alignment with OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the production environment.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and establish preventive actions.
- Deliver engaging training on equipment safety, emergency response, and new hire orientation.
- Promote a safety-first mindset through active employee engagement and communication.
- Monitor and enforce PPE use and safe work practices.
- Maintain documentation and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate across departments to embed safety into every process.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in manufacturing or modular construction.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- CSP, CHST, or equivalent safety certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in modular or prefabricated construction environments.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to influence teams and lead cultural change.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Work Environment
